HMR® Luau Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 HMR® Savory Chicken Entree
  • 2 cups frozen Japanese-style stir fry vegetables
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

Directions

  1. Heat vegetables according to package directions. 
  2. Open entree and cut chicken into small pieces. 
  3. Place in medium-sized bowl. 
  4. Add remaining ingredients. \
  5. Combine with vegetables. 
  6. Heat thoroughly.

HMR® Mandarin Spinach Salad with Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 HMR Savory Chicken Entree                     
  • 3 cups baby spinach   
  • ¼ cup canned, sliced water chestnuts
  • ½ cup canned garbanzo beans
  • ½ cup canned Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced red onions
  • 2 tablespoons low-calorie vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions

  1. Heat the entree for 30 seconds.
  2. Cut the chicken into diagonal strips. 
  3. Add canned vegetables, oranges, and red onions.  Toss gently.
  4. Add spinach.  Toss again. 
  5. Drizzle with salad dressing.

HMR® Very Italian Ravioli

Ingredients
  • 1 HMR® Cheese and Basil Ravioli Entree
  • 1½ cups sliced zucchini
  • 1½ cups sliced summer squash
  • Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Sauté the zucchini and squash in nonstick cooking spray until tender.
  2. Microwave entree for 1–1½ minutes. 
  3. Combine vegetables with entree. 
  4. Add Italian seasoning to taste.
