HMR® Butterscotch Pudding

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. cold water
  • 1 packet HMR® 70 Plus Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free, fat-free instant pistachio pudding mix

Directions

  1. Empty packet of HMR 70 Plus into a small bowl or mug. 
  2. Add water and mix with a spoon until smooth. 
  3. Stir in pistachio pudding powder. 
  4. Optional:  For a thicker, colder pudding, refrigerate for 10 minutes after mixing.

 
HMR® Cereal with Peaches

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 packet HMR Multigrain Hot Cereal
  • 1 cup sliced peaches—fresh or canned without added sugar or syrup (drained)
  • If desired, warm the peaches separately for 30 seconds in the microwave.
  • Optional: packet of noncaloric sweetener

Directions

  1. Empty contents of cereal packet into a microwave-safe bowl. 
  2. Add ¾ cup water (not hot) and stir. 
  3. Microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds; stir. 
  4. Allow to sit for 1-2 minutes. 
  5. Gently fold in peaches. 
  6. Serve immediately.

 
HMR® Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 4 oz. cold water
  • 1 scoop HMR® 120 Vanilla (or one packet any vanilla HMR Shake mix)
  • ½ banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
  • 1 packet noncaloric sweetener

Directions

  1. Pour water into a blender. Cover blender. 
  2. Begin mixing on lowest speed. 
  3. While blender is on, add shake mix. Blend for 10 seconds. 
  4. Add frozen strawberries, a few at a time. 
  5. Add banana, then sweetener. 
  6. Continue blending until smooth.

 
HMR® Vanilla Orange Cream Soda

Ingredients
  • 1 (12 oz.) can cold diet orange soda
  • 1 scoop HMR® 120 Vanilla (or one packet any vanilla HMR Shake mix)
  • 2 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Pour soda into a blender. Cover blender. 
  2. Begin mixing on lowest speed. 
  3. While blender is on, add shake mix. Blend for 10 seconds. 
  4. Gradually add ice cubes, one at a time, replacing the blender cover after adding each ice cube. 
  5. Continue blending until smooth.

 
HMR® Chocolate banana pudding

Ingredients
  • 1 packet HMR® 70 Plus Chocolate
  • 1 banana, cut into bite-sized pieces

Directions

  1. Empty packet of HMR 70 Plus into a small bowl or mug.
  2. Add water and mix with a spoon until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in fruit.
  4. Optional: For a thicker, colder pudding, refrigerate for 10 minutes after mixing.

 
HMR® Pistachio Pudding

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. cold water
  • 1 packet HMR® 70 Plus Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free, fat-free instant pistachio pudding mix

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. cold water
  • 1 packet HMR® 70 Plus Vanilla
  • ½ cup blueberries (use unsweetened if using frozen berries)
  • ½ packet noncaloric sweetener (optional)

Directions

  1. Empty packet of HMR 70 Plus into a small bowl or mug.
  2. Add water and mix with a spoon until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in fruit.
  4. Optional: For a thicker, colder pudding, refrigerate for 10 minutes after mixing.

 
HMR® Chili Mac

Ingredients
  • 1 HMR® Chicken Pasta Parmesan Entree
  • 1 HMR Turkey Chili with Beans Entree

Directions

  1. Heat both entrees until warm. 
  2. Combine in a bowl. 
  3. If desired, stir in a dollop of low-fat sour cream. 
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Note: HMR Turkey Chili with Beans Entree counts as one vegetable serving. Calories: 430

HMR® Colorful Creole

Ingredients
  • 1 HMR Chicken Creole Entree
  • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 cup cut green beans
  • ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook the vegetables until soft.
  2. Heat the entree.
  3. Combine the vegetables and the entree in a large bowl

Calories: 320
Vegetable Servings: 2 ½

Stewed tomatoes, mushrooms, corn, green beans, carrots, or your favorite vegetables

 
HMR® Creamy Pasta Broccoli Bonanza

Ingredients
  • 1 HMR Chicken Pasta Parmesan Entree
  • 1 envelope HMR 500 Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked corn
  • Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Prepare soup as a sauce according to directions on the envelope.
  2. Heat entree according to package directions.
  3. Mix entree and vegetables in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in chicken soup sauce and blend well.
  5. Add Italian seasoning to taste.

Calories: 475
Vegetable servings: 2
