| HMR® Butterscotch Pudding |

Ingredients
- 2 oz. cold water
- 1 packet HMR® 70 Plus Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free, fat-free instant pistachio pudding mix
Directions
- Empty packet of HMR 70 Plus into a small bowl or mug.
- Add water and mix with a spoon until smooth.
- Stir in pistachio pudding powder.
- Optional: For a thicker, colder pudding, refrigerate for 10 minutes after mixing.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup water
- 1 packet HMR Multigrain Hot Cereal
- 1 cup sliced peaches—fresh or canned without added sugar or syrup (drained)
- If desired, warm the peaches separately for 30 seconds in the microwave.
- Optional: packet of noncaloric sweetener
Directions
- Empty contents of cereal packet into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add ¾ cup water (not hot) and stir.
- Microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds; stir.
- Allow to sit for 1-2 minutes.
- Gently fold in peaches.
- Serve immediately.

| HMR® Strawberry Banana Smoothie |

Ingredients
- 4 oz. cold water
- 1 scoop HMR® 120 Vanilla (or one packet any vanilla HMR Shake mix)
- ½ banana, cut into chunks
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
- 1 packet noncaloric sweetener
Directions
- Pour water into a blender. Cover blender.
- Begin mixing on lowest speed.
- While blender is on, add shake mix. Blend for 10 seconds.
- Add frozen strawberries, a few at a time.
- Add banana, then sweetener.
- Continue blending until smooth.

| HMR® Vanilla Orange Cream Soda |

Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can cold diet orange soda
- 1 scoop HMR® 120 Vanilla (or one packet any vanilla HMR Shake mix)
- 2 ice cubes
Directions
- Pour soda into a blender. Cover blender.
- Begin mixing on lowest speed.
- While blender is on, add shake mix. Blend for 10 seconds.
- Gradually add ice cubes, one at a time, replacing the blender cover after adding each ice cube.
- Continue blending until smooth.

- 1 banana, cut into bite-sized pieces
Directions

Directions
- Heat both entrees until warm.
- Combine in a bowl.

Ingredients
- 1 HMR Chicken Pasta Parmesan Entree
- 1 envelope HMR 500 Chicken Soup
- 1 cup cooked broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked corn
- Italian seasoning
Directions
- Prepare soup as a sauce according to directions on the envelope.
- Heat entree according to package directions.
- Mix entree and vegetables in a large bowl.
- Stir in chicken soup sauce and blend well.
- Add Italian seasoning to taste.
