  3. Choose your Healthy Solutions Quick Start 3 week kit. It will include all food, information and guidance you will need to be successful.
  4. Within a week of receiving your kit order, you will receive a Quick Start call from an HMR Health Educator from St Bernards Center for Weight Loss to answer any questions you have about the program and to help you get a Quick Start to weight loss.
  5. During your Quick Start Call, you will submit changes to your Auto Delivery order. You can customize your order at any time. The minimum required for the Auto Delivery program is 4 canisters of shakes and 28 entrees with each order to receive the 10% discount and free shipping.
