This is the initial weight loss group or core weight loss. To join this class, you must first attend and HMR orientation.

This class is the initial phase of our program. This class will meet every week at 5:30pm for 13 weeks.
To enroll in this class, you must first attend a HMR orientation.

Every month on the 3rd Tuesday from March 16, 2010 to December 21, 2010
This Weight Loss Support Group meets the third Tuesday of every month at St. Bernards Imaging Center located
at 1144 E. Matthews in Jonesboro, Ar. The only exception is November 16, 2010, this group will meet at Dr. Casey's office located at
820 East Matthews.
In the event of inclement weather, If Jonesboro Public Schools are closed, Support group will be canceled.
